SotoCat is a demonstration service for landlord, property, compliance and tenancy workflows.
The demo may process your WhatsApp identifier, profile name, contact details, property and tenancy information, messages, menu selections and structured audit events.
Data is used only to operate and demonstrate the workflows requested by the user, prevent duplicate webhook processing, provide support, and diagnose service errors.
Demo records are stored in a private SQLite database on the SotoCat demo server. Messages pass through Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Address replies and document uploads may be processed by OpenRouter and its AI providers. Address searches send the building address and postcode to Geoapify; postcodes are checked with Postcodes.io. Searches do not send your name, contact details or document files to those address providers. Identity/ownership verification, payment and signature providers are simulated.
Demo data is retained until the demo owner removes it or the user requests deletion. See the data deletion instructions.
